Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Blakey Trades account and associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Blakey Trades and go to Settings (Account)
Scroll down and tap Delete account permanently
Confirm — deletion starts immediately

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email kyle.airey@hotmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR.

What gets deleted: your login credentials, profile, private trading journal, progress/streaks, Ask Aria chat history tied to your account, and any media files you uploaded under your account — permanently. The app has no member chat, feed, or direct messages, so there are no peer conversations to retain.

What we may keep briefly

Daily AI usage counters may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, then deleted. Challenge / prize integrity ledgers may keep anonymised score rows (without your name or email) where needed to defend a competition result. We do not keep a working copy of your personal profile after deletion except where law requires a limited retention (fraud / legal claims).
